Elev8tor Elev8thor is designed for the purpose of implementing simplicity of use, prevent lower limb complications and adding new and useful features of its usage. The modular design of ELEV8THOR allows for effective lower limb elevation and offloading pressure to manage lower limb injury. We introduce a product which not only elevate but also can offload specifically at targeted areas of the leg to ensure patient’s comfort, prevent complications and assisting healthcare workers in the care of lower limb injuries. It can also be incorporated in balanced traction systemfor lower limb fractures. The modular offloading blocks can facilitate easier wound inspection and dressing of the lower limb. The alternate blocks can be removed to provide pressure relief to prevent pressure ulcerations. ELEV8THOR can be used in orthopaedic procedures such as lower limb casting, interlocking nailing of the tibia and offloading posterior lewounds or split skin grafting. The product is designed based on measurement of a 6 feet height man’s lower limb, however it is adjustable for any limb lengths. 2. Global Halal Game Tahap kesedaran masyarakat terhadap kepentingan ilmu kepenggunaan dan pensijilan halal masih belum mencapai tahap yang memuaskan. Menurut dewan perniagaan melayu malaysia DPMM Negeri Sembilan, hanya 10 daripada 30 usahawan produk makanan yang berdaftar di bawah DPMM mempunyai sijil halal (sinar online, 2016). Justeru, kesedaran dan kefahaman terhadap kepentingan ilmu kepenggunaan dan pensijilan halal perlu diterapkan di setiap peringkat umur bermula seawal di bangku persekolahan.
