1. ULUM ISLAMIYYAH

Ulum Islamiyyah Journal (UIJ) is a refereed journal published by Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM) annually in April, August and December. Its main objective is to promote, enhance and contribute to an inclusive understanding of Islam and Muslim in contemporary world. UIJ publishes original research based articles, concept papers, review papers, case studies, book reviews in English, Arabic and Malay, in the area of social science and humanities, science and technology, arts and literature, that relates directly or indirectly to Islam and Muslim world under the framework of integration of naqli and aqli knowledge.

Ulum Islamiyyah Journal is available online in electronic form. The printed versions are only available upon request and order and will be charged accordingly

 2. JOURNAL OF MUAMALAT AND ISLAMIC FINANCE RESEARCH (JMIFR)

The Journal of Muamalat and Islamic Finance Research (JMIFR) is a fully refereed journal published biannually in June and December by the Faculty of Economics and Muamalat (FEM), Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM). Its main objective is to provide a channel for the publication of articles, research notes, case studies and book reviews in Muamalat, Islamic Economics, Finance, Banking and its related fields. All article will follow a double-blind review by independent consulting editors. Articles are published in English, Malay and Arabic. JMIFR is indexed and abstracted in Index Islamicus and Goggle Scholar.

3. JOURNAL OF FATWA MANAGEMENT AND RESEARCH

Journal of Fatwa Management and Research is a refereed journal published by the World Fatwa Management and Research Institute (INFAD) at Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM). It is published twice a year, in January and July. The main objective of its publication is to provide an appropriate channel for information and research publication, case studies and book reviews related to fatwa based on original research and ideas by the respective authors.

4. AL- ‘ABQARI JOURNAL

Al-‘Abqari Journal is a refereed academic journal published biannually in May and October (starting from 2015, and annually from 2011 to 2014) by USIM Press (Penerbit USIM) and managed by the Faculty of Leadership and Management, Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM). The main objective of its publication is to become a platform for academicians and researchers to share their findings, new ideas and expertise towards an integration of Islam and modern knowledge or integration of Naqli and ‘Aqli Knowledge as well as for the development of Muslim Ummah theoretically and practically. The scopes of this journal are on Dakwah and Islamic Management,Islamic Leadership, Usuluddin and Comparative Religion, Islamic Philosophy and Thought, Islamic Ethics and Sufism, Communication and Media Studies, Counseling and Psychology, Community Development, Studies in Drug Treatment and Rehabilitation as well as Language and Communication.

5. MALAYSIAN JOURNAL OF SYARIAH AND LAW (MJSL)

Malaysian Journal of Syariah and Law (MJSL) Online ISSN: 2590-4396 and Print ISSN: 1985-7454 is a refereed journal published by the Faculty of Syariah and Law at Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM). It is published twice a year, in June and December. The main objective of its publication is to provide an appropriate channel for information and research publication, case studies and book reviews related to Syariah and Law based on original research and ideas by the respective authors.

The journal serves as a platform for sharing ideas and experiences related to the research, development and application of Syariah and Law worldwide.

The editorial board welcomes original contributions (written in Bahasa Melayu, English and Arabic) which have never been published or considered for publication by any other publishers.

6. Journal of Ma’alim Al-Quran wa As-Sunnah

Journal Maalim Quran wa al-Sunnah is a peer-reviewed and refereed academic journal published by Faculty of Quranic and Sunnah Studies, Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia, Nilai, Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia. This journal is published in Malay, English, and Arabic. It publishes scholarly articles on Qur’anic and Prophetic Tradition Studies, Qur’anic and Sunnah issues within technology and multimedia, human development as well as in other fields written from Quran and Sunnah perspectives. Starting 2018, it will begin to publish bi-annually in the months of April and Oktober.

7. Jurnal Sains Insani

Jurnal Sains Insani is a peer-reviewed multi-disciplinary journal published twice (2)  a year, in the month of June and December by the Centre of Core Studies, Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia. It is an open-access online scientific journal. JSI does not have an article processing charges (APC) or publication fee at this point.

The main objective of the publication is to construct an avenue to fellow academicians and researchers to share research findings, new ideas and expertise that contribute to human development from the theory, practical and empirical point of view. The journal devoted to the publication of original and non-original paper (short/ brief communication, notes, letters and opinions) which serves as a platform to address issues pertaining to the field of history and civilizations, philosophy and thoughts, politics, education and sociology.

8. Journal of Hadith Studies

Journal of Hadith Studies is a refereed academic journal published biannually by Ulum Hadith Research Centre in collaboration with Faculty of Quranic and Sunnah Studies, USIM. The Journal aims to provide an active forum for academicians and researchers to share their findings and new ideas for a better understanding of hadith. It encourages interdisciplinary investigation, critical reassessment on hadith and seeks to foster innovatory research. The Journal welcomes research paper with salient methodological approaches related to the hadith studies.

9. Journal of Quran Sunnah Education and Special Needs

The JOURNAL OF QURAN SUNNAH EDUCATION AND SPECIAL NEED (J-QSS) is an internationally refereed online journal published by the Faculty of Quranic and Sunnah Studies, Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia. The mission of J-QSS is to encourage scholarly research in Islamic education and special need.  The Journal provides a unique peer-reviewed forum to postgraduate students, scholars, professors, and researchers in various topics within Quran Sunnah education and Special Need. The Journal welcomes research papers as well as review articles and conference reports.  J-QSS will be published in June and December annually. J-QSS will publish empirical and theoretical papers (e.g. a critical review of research). The Journal has an international advisory board. The international perspective is also reflected by the journals quadrilingual approach: J-QSS welcomes papers in English

10. Malaysia Journal of Sciences,Health and Technology

Malaysian Journal of Science, Health & Technology is an international research journal and invites contributions of original and novel fundamental research. The journal aims to provide an international forum for the presentation of original fundamental research, interpretative reviews and discussion of new developments in science, health and technology.

Papers which describe novel theory and its application to practice are welcome, as are those which illustrate the transfer of multi-disciplinary techniques from other disciplines. Reports of carefully executed experimental work, which is soundly interpreted are also welcome. The overall focus is on original and rigorous research results which have generic significance.
