It also aims to foster awareness and engagement among USIM academic staff in research fields recognized at national and international levels.<\/p>\n<p>The PPPI consistently appreciates the commitment and efforts of every researcher at USIM in enhancing the productivity, quantity, and quality of research outcomes. PPPI strives to cultivate holistic excellence in all aspects and improve service delivery in research and innovation at USIM. Customer satisfaction with PPPI services has steadily increased, necessitating continuous improvements to ensure that we remain responsive, relevant, efficient, swift, and effective in meeting customer demands and expectations.<\/p>\n<p>The existence of PPPI at USIM will foster strong collaborative networks with all faculties and responsibility centers to carry out research and innovation activities.
