Applications for the appointment of Graduate Research Assistants (GRA) using active research grant allocations must be submitted with a complete application form and supporting documents to PPPI.

  1. Letter of Appointment Acceptance & Declaration
    Please print, complete in full, sign with an original signature, and submit the hardcopy to the PPPI Office Counter, Level 4, Chancellery Building within 14 days.
  2. Letter of Oath of Appointment
    Please print, complete in full, sign with an original signature, and submit the hardcopy to the PPPI Office Counter, Level 4, Chancellery Building within 14 days.
  3. Part-Time Staff ID Card Application Form
    Please print, complete in full, sign with an original signature, and submit the hardcopy form together with a copy of your identity card/passport and a copy of the appointment letter to the Security Department Counter.
  4. Salary Claim & Attendance Confirmation Form (For First and Final Month Salary Claims
    Please print, complete in full, sign with an original signature, and submit the hardcopy form together with a copy of bank account verification and the appointment letter to the PPPI Office Counter, Level 4, Chancellery Building before the 5th of the first and final month.
  5. iAccess USIM Registration Manual
    Please read and understand this manual, and complete the initial registration using the staff number provided in the offer letter. If you encounter any technical issues during iAccess activation, please take a screenshot of the iAccess page and email it to bpgp.pppi@usim.edu.my, stating your staff number (R XXX), name, and the issue encountered.
  6. MyAKRAB Working Hours Recording Guidelines
    Please read and understand this manual, and ensure that your working hours are recorded using the USIM Mobile App or iAccess.
  7. AMV3 Payroll Module User Manual
    Please read and understand this manual, and ensure that claims for the second month and beyond are made according to the operation schedule set by the Bursary Department. The claim dates and the approval of the Principal Investigator/Supervisor must follow the operation schedule stated in the AMV3 System. Failure to comply with the specified claim dates will result in non-payment of salary for that month. If you encounter any technical issues during the claim process in the AMV3 System, please submit a manual claim using the Salary Claim and Attendance Confirmation Form.
